The terms and conditions of use listed herein apply to the Web site www.netfame.com.

Acceptance
By using NetFame.com or any of it's service, you, the Web site user, agree to be
bound by these Terms. NetFame reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change,
modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time and without notice. Please
check these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Web Site following
the posting of changes to these Terms will mean User has read and accepts such changes.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over, or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
if that age is greater than 18 years of age, to register as a member of NetFame
or use the Netfame web site and NetFame Services. If you are under the age of 18
or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction, you can use the Netfame Service
only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parent or guardian
who has agreed to the Terms of Service. If you do not qualify, do not use the Service.
Changes to the Terms of Service
You agree and understand that these Terms of Service, the NetFame web site and the
Netfame Services may be modified by Netfame team at any time without prior notice,
and such modifications will be effective upon posting of the new terms and/or upon
implementation of the new changes on the Netfame Site. You agree to review the Terms
of Service periodically so that you are aware of any modifications.
Registration and Security of your Information
In order to use or access some of the NetFame Services, you may be required to register
with Netfame and to select a password and user name, which shall consist of an email
address you own and use ("User ID"). If you register, you agree to provide Netfame
with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so
shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Service, which may result in immediate
termination of your account.
No Spam Policy
We at NetFame.com are opposed to spam. Our No Spam Policy and Terms of Service prohibit all users from engaging in any activity involving spam on our service. Violations of these policies may result in immediate termination of service and legal action against any spammer. NetFame's Terms of Service expressly prohibit users from uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available junk mail, commercial advertisements, or other form of commercial solicitation on the NetFame website or through NetFame's services. Any violation of our policies, by sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through NetFame.com computer systems, will use or cause to be used NetFame.com servers, located in California. Accordingly, any unauthorized use of NetFame.com computer systems is a violation of our policies and certain federal and state laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. sect 1030 et seq.), Section 502 of the California Penal Code and Section 17538.45 of the California Business and Professions Code. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.

You are solely responsible for any Content and other material that you submit, publish
or display on the NetFame Site or transmit to other members and/or other website users.
You may not post Content that:
is false or intentionally misleading.
is patently offensive to users of the Netfame Site, such as Content or messages
that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group
or
individual.
harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive;
is threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
is pornographic or sexually explicit in nature; and
seeks or recommends providers of material that exploits people under the age of
18 in a sexual or violent manner, or seeks or recommends providers that solicit
personal
information from anyone under 18.
Copyright Policy
It is our policy to (i) block access to or remove material that it believed to be
in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed
by any of our advertisers, affiliates, Content providers, members or users; and
(ii) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.
If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through the NetFame
Site or Service infringes a copyright, please let us know and we'll take the appropriate
measures.
